Refund Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

AI Flying Car Video is operated by the AI Flying Car Video Team. Failed generations return credits automatically. For unused credits, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@aiflyingcarvideo.com from your checkout email and including your order link. If you used part of a pack, the unused share is refunded at the rate you paid.

Delivered videos use their credits. If a delivered file is broken, contact support with its private link for review. Approved monetary refunds return through the original payment provider; processing time depends on that provider and your bank.
